Board chair responds to Schwaner
Re-elected chair of the Howick Local Board, David Collings, is seeking legal advice over "a stream of allegations" made by Lucy Schwaner that target his professionalism.
"I won't tolerate her attacks, and nobody should legally be able to discredit others just because that person doesn't get their way."
