HIT & RUN IN BUCKLANDS BEACH AREA?

Media Officer from Eastern Beach Community Safety Inc.

A car was observed to be 'dumped' on The Esplanade at 5.54pm, Tuesday 15th Nov. It had heavy frontal damage and almost certainly had been in a recent hit & run. The driver fled the vehicle on foot. This has been reported to Counties Manukau Police with advice that Eastern Beach Community Safety Inc. has video of the car being driven to location.
If you know of someone who was hit by a vehicle in the Bucklands Beach area and the car fled, contact Counties Manukau Police (09) 261-1300.
