Hi I'm Lauren McKee - I teach yoga down at Yoga Collective.

This Mothers Day, I'm running a special mini-retreat for Mums.

During this time, you'll enjoy 2-hours of pure bliss.

When you arrive, you're greeted by an inviting cozy room, with stunning views of the inlet, and the enlivening aroma created by a unique blend of essential oils - helping you fully get into the 'relaxation zone'.

Before we start, enjoy a nourishing cup of organic Runaway Rose Tea, by Libertine.

You'll be treated to a gentle yoga practice, tailored to help you find deep relaxation.

During this time, you'll learn some simple meditation and deep relaxation techniques, that you can practice anytime you need a couple of moments of calm.

You'll also receive a gift pack to nourish your soul. I don't know what's in it yet - we're still putting it together.

This is happening at the Boat Club, 110 Paremata Road, 4 to 6pm, Sunday the 13th of May, $35, limited to 30 people.

Plus, 100% donations will be given to 'Bellyful' - an amazing Charity who cooks and delivers meals to families with newborn babies and families with young children who are struggling with illness, where there is little or no family or social support.

Having a new baby or a sick family member can be tough! And, having someone pop around with a couple of cooked meals can go a long way toward easing the stress.

So, to make this Mothers Day a special one, come enjoy a relaxing treat, while supporting this worthy cause.

Click on the link or button, above or below this video.

On the following page, you'll see a description about this event, along with a checkout form.

Please help by sharing this with your friends and family.

See you at the Mothers Day Mini Retreat:
