Hey Mums & Dads,

Are your kids getting too much screen time?
Are they developing a hunched posture?
Do they have problems with low energy, headaches, anxiety, or being constantly distracted?

Running Tuesdays 3:30 to 4:15pm. Starts 31 July. $108 for term 3.
