Homemade Pasta Lessons

Michele from Broadmeadows

Making pasta is one of life’s great pleasures or piacere soddisfazione – feeling of happiness or enjoyment. It’s like baking bread or making your favourite dish from scratch, but making pasta for the first time can be tricky so I am inviting you to come to my home in Wellington, New Zealand, with up to 3 others to learn my way of making pasta.

We will make Spaghetti Bolognese and Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli and as an option we can also make that irresistible Italian dessert Tiramisu.

Lessons are great for Mother/Daughters/Sons, birthday events or just doing something a bit different with your good friends.

The cost is $40 per person and an extra $5 per person if you would like to make Tiramisu.

All ingredients are provided, you will eat what you make, and you can take home any left overs.

Classes can be held in the evenings or on the weekends. Classes can take around 3-4hrs.
For larger groups I am happy to come to your kitchen for an extra fee.

Please message me for more information and to make a booking. You will love it !!

Poll: Should we be giving the green light to new mining projects? 💰🌲

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.

We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?

Keen to dig deeper? Mike White has the scoop.
