Join us this Sunday at 5 pm at Inverlochy Art School for our monthly Cushion Concert, showcasing local bands in the low-key, intimate environment of historic Inverlochy House.
This month we will be enjoying the jazzy blues, stylish instrumentation, and groovy rhythms or Carol Bean Band! Featuring Carol Bean on vocals and guitar, Costa Botes on guitar, and George Packard on upright bass.
Come and get comfy and finish your week with music. ... And not to worry if cushions are not your thing - we have chairs!

FREE 10-liter emergency water bottles

I have around twenty, empty 10-liter distilled water bottles to serve as emergency water storage. I saved them for my friends, but they already have their own water supplies. Take as many as you like. Please respond to this notice if you are interested.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
