'Abstract Animal' presents a collection of 3D works and paintings which unpack grid or cage forms through the language of geometric art.
Work in this exhibition couples an investigation into geometric form with a strong advocation for animal rights. We are all animals – why do human animals treat non-human animals unequally?

All work is for sale, with 10% of sales after commission donated to animal rights/welfare organisations.

This is a great opportunity to bring your whānau and friends to look around our historic home, and enjoy some local artwork with a cuppa and a slice of something delicious from the bake stall fundraiser.
All artwork is for sale and can be taken home on the day.
Our next cushion concert is just around the corner, and this month we are proud to present Pōneke band Oddish!

The focus for this workshop is to welcome what lies ahead and feel excited about the unknown.
Over the 90 minute workshop, trained Interactive Drawing facilitator, Lara Phillips, will take you through guided cues (similar to meditation or journaling) to draw out where you are at, draw out how you are feeling, and draw out your own inner guidance.
