I’m currently in the process of collecting quotes for a total re-pile of our 1900s Villa. 100 m2.
Although the house access is easy , half the house is touching the ground. I’ve been told to either excavate or go through the floor boards.
Quotes so far received vary dramatically with the least $10,000 over budget.
I’m looking for repiling recommendations and advice.
Was the quote you received accurate ?
Did it take longer than they said ?
Was consent easy ?
Who is out there that has good communication?
Many thanks Matt & Julia
Do you know a good & reasonable draftsman ?

The annual refugee quota will lift from 1000 to 1500 by July 2020, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced this week. Before 2016 the refugee quota sat static at 750 for 30 years, well behind many other western nations. The National Government then raised it to 1000. Is it enough?
