We are super excited about our Miramar Seeds to Feeds event - Rourou coming up, Tuesday March 17th 6-9pm at MMCC. We are a little worried that we will sell out tickets fast due to our amazing chef - Shepherd (we have already sold a third in a week!) and want to make sure the local Te Motu Kairangi Community get first dibs. Please let your local friends and whanau know, especially those interested in the kaupapa of local food & community!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
