Marina (she/her) has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and her classes are designed to support and empower individuals on their paths of self discovery.
60 minutes of asanas (yoga posture), pranayama (breath control techniques) and introduction to meditation. An invigorating morning practice suitable to all levels of fitness/yoga experience. Delicious music for our flow and herbal tea available before/after practice 🙏

It's spring time! Please join us for another gardening bee coming up on Sunday 24 Sept from 9am.
We will be building one more planter box and filling it with compost. We may even plant some seedlings!
