- A small tent (not a play tent, must be weather proof but well used is fine)

As is. This has just been in storage and needs a good clean, and there's no obvious stains or marks. We do have small dogs but they're non-shedding, so it's mostly just in need of a clean of general dirt and to freshen it up (a rug doctor would likely make it super nice). It will … View moreAs is. We do have small dogs but they're non-shedding, so it's mostly just in need of a clean of general dirt and to freshen it up (a rug doctor would likely make it super nice). It will need two people to take it away as it's very heavy.
I should mention that the reason it doesn't look flat in the photo is that it's currently sitting atop a wooden platform used for golfing practice :-)
