Nutrition and Health

Clinical Nutritionist from livingcure.co.nz

Great nutrition, combined with physical activity and good sleep can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases, support a healthy mental state and promote your overall health. As individuals are unique in terms of biochemistry, genetics and metabolism, their food requirements are also unique. Book an appointment with me so together we can consider all of these factors to provide a personalised treatment plan that is simple, realistic and achievable using nutrition and supplements, where necessary. My aim is to empower and educate people on the impact that food and lifestyle has on the prevention and treatment of a broad range of health conditions.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
