Your Community Patrol needs you guys!!!!
Hello Everyone
Have you been noticing crime happening in your local Neighbourhood (Like us), want to do something about it and you do not know what/ do not know how? Are you interested in joining the police in the future? Are you interested in getting the volunteer version of "Better Work Stories"? Have you seen our Community Patrol vehicle coming around your local suburb and wondered who we are? Are you curious as to what we Community Patrollers do?
Wellington South Community Patrol are offering the chance for you to join us on a patrol to see what us Patrollers from Wellington South and East patrols do and to answer any questions you may have. This offer goes to you Eastern Wellington Residents as well.
Our Patrols both started in 2011, and since then have had a lot of successes ever since. We are the the ''eyes and ears" for Police on Weekend Nights and during the Day (during the week). We also do events (Newtown Fair Day, for example) and emergency patrols as well.
If you live in Southern or Eastern Wellington, please reply below or message us for a ride along.
It is voluntary, but it is well worth it.
Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you.
