Upper Stebbings Valley - proposed new residential development for Wellington

Richard Herbert from Tawa Probus Club

The next Tawa Probus meeting - and first for 2019 - will be held on Monday, 18th February, commencing 9.30am, at the Tawa Bowling Club, Davies Street, Tawa.

At this meeting David Mitchell, a planning adviser from Wellington City Council, will talk to us about a proposed new residential development being planned for the upper Stebbings Valley area.

This is one of the last remaining areas of Wellington identified for new housing and lies between Tawa and Churton Park.

Come along and hear what's proposed for this area and how you can contribute, and how it may effect Tawa. Visitors welcome.
