Rangituhi Team (Tawa/Whitby) commissioned a mural in partnership with Porirua City Council to brighten up an old water building on the corner of Spinnaker Drive in Whitby.
The mural design is the work of Rachel at Artful Kids, inspired by suggestions from local Pippins, Brownies, Guides and Rangers, and was painted by the girls last week!
