Ukulele Classes
Ukulele classes starting soon at the Brooklyn Community Centre on Harrison Street.
Adult classes on Mondays at 10am from next Monday 16 October. A total of 10 sessions finishing on 18 December. Please bring your own ukulele and a 30-page clear file.
Junior Ukulele classes for beginners aged 8 - 12 years, parents can join in as well, on Saturday afternoons at 2pm starting on 18 November and finishing on 16 December. A total of five sessions.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
