Have you heard about the Upper Hutt Fruit & Vege Co-op? You pay $12 and the money is pooled together and bulk fruit and veges are purchased at wholesale prices, so you cut out the middle man and save $. Generally get around 8kg of seasonal fruit and vegetables for your $12. Great bargains compared to Supermarket prices.
