What's your experience with pre-fabricated homes?

The Sunday Star-Times is looking into the rise of transportable/ kit-set/ pre fabricated homes. The upsides are build-efficiency, quality of design, and cost. The downsides appear to be land supply, red-tape with council and difficulty getting lending from banks. Tree topping

I have 7 trees on my property, ranging in heights from about 4 to 7metres, that block sunlight from my lawn and house. Each tree needs to be reduced in height (crowned?). I would appreciate someone who is reliable as I have had a few people say they will turn up but fail to do so! Please respond if you can actually do the job in a timely manner. Thank you.
