This recipe is useful for using up leftover cauliflower, and is a healthy low carb alternative to bread.
Ingredients:
2 cups raw cauliflower (processed into 'rice' in a food processor)
4 eggs
1 cup almond meal
3 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp sea salt

Ingredients:
2 cups raw cauliflower (processed into 'rice' in a food processor)
4 eggs
1 cup almond meal
3 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Combine ingredients well, then turn out onto a lined baking tray. Press evenly into a rectangle shape about 1/2 cm thick. Bake in a preheated oven at 175C for 30 minutes , or until golden. Slice into 8 pieces and store in the fridge.
