All you do is go to your fridge, pick which meal you want and pop it in the microwave for 4 minutes. You also get desserts of your choice, and these are heated for 2 minutes, except for the cheese cake. Benefits are healthy appetizing meals, only a couple of dishes to wash, saving on water and electricity and time. I am hooked.
