Hi Everyone who has an inclination to keep their body pain free moving with ease - of any age group.
Our group at Hobsonville Hall has been going for a number of years with the same faces and bodies turning up week after week because we all feel better for it. However, recently some of the group have moved away from the area, so there are a few spots available for others to join. I understand the cold and wet is a deterrent, however, as I've discovered many times it is worth the effort physically and mentally.
Please contact our instructor Linda on +64 27690 9000
for further information. We look forward to meeting you.
