This is the eighth time we’ve been honoured in these awards since they began in 2015.
Each year, Reader’s Digest conducts the Quality Service Awards survey to discover New Zealanders’ attitudes towards services from business across various industries.
Companies are assessed based on five pillars: personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction and consistency.
This recognition reflects the hard work, dedication and excellence that our teams strive for every day in our villages to deliver exceptional service standards.
Thank you to our amazing teams and to all those who took the time to complete the surveys!

THE BALLAD OF WALLIS ISLAND
UK, Comedy, 2025
100 mins, Rated M
Cast: Carey Mulligan, Tim Key, Tom Basden, Steve Marsh
Charles is a lottery winner who leads an eccentric life. He lives alone on the remote Wallis island and dreams of finding a way to get his favourite musicians, the folk duo of McGwyer and Mortimer back together again.
His fantasy turns into reality when McGwyer and Mortimer accept his invitation to play a private show on the island, not knowing that Charles has invited both of them.
Once the "surprise" is revealed, old tensions quickly resurface as Charles tries desperately to salvage his dream and have the two musicians reunite.
"This is a sublime comedy. It bewitches with its humour, has a host of wonderful soulful folk tunes and makes the most of its breathtaking locations." - Roger Ebert
