Missing recycling bins
I am wondering if anyone has seen my three black recycling bins. I had put them out on Monday night, Tuesday being collection morning, but they have since simply vanished into thin air. I thought that maybe as a result of the strong winds that night, they may have ended up on someone's property, driveway etc. I would be very grateful therefore if anyone has seen these, could they let me know, as when I rang the Council, they said it would cost me to replace them.
