• Whakapapa to Ngāti Kahungunu ki Heretaunga and;
• Be registered with Ngāti Kahungunu Iwi Inc (NKII) and;
• Be a resident in the Heretaunga rohe and;
• Be enrolled at a tertiary institution in the year you are applying.
