Responsible mature boarder (male or female) wanted. A secluded back section with a beautiful garden in Mayfair. Furnished room includes a wardrobe, 3 drawer unit, chair, and single size bed. $235/pw in advance. Must pay by bank transfer (no cash). The board includes furnished room, internet, and power. Food and toll calls extra. Tenant must have 40-hour DAYTIME work. No unemployed, shift or night workers, addicts, pets, children or anything else noisy.
