Thank you from me and Re-New

Julie Neighbourly Lead from Havelock North

I want to say a big thank you to all the people who have expressed support for my community business.
Though I have met a few people who have said they just don’t understand what I’m doing, or why I’m doing it, for the most, part I’ve had so much encouragement, and now it is all starting to pay off.

I received a phone call, yesterday morning, from the Hastings District Council, informing me I was being awarded a $20,000 grant to set up the workshop.

Now I need to find a workshop.

Our fundraiser is still open at www.givealittle.co.nz... if you would like to donate. I’ve set a $1 challenge. I want 55,000 people to donate $1 each and share the fundraiser with the comment “challenge accepted”. That would give us enough money to set up and fund the workshop for a year. Please. And thank you.
Of course, you can donate more. We won’t ever say no.

Also, if not sold prior to opening the workshop, the bar in the photos, along with other items, will be raffled off, to raise funds.
