We have a 12month old "Teeter" Inversion Table (Delux Version) for sale. Hardly used. Ideal for relaxing and strengthening sore or injured backs, necks, shoulders etc. Health issues with my partner necessitate us selling this item otherwise we would keep it. can be viewed at 32B Iona Road Havelock North. 24 December at 4.00pm at St Columba's Church. A short gathering, involving children and families in telling the Christmas story. Children (and grown-ups) can dress up as angels, shepherds or animals. ALL ARE WELCOME.
