Farndon Road area-wide pavement treatment project begins Monday 13 May
From Monday 13 May, Tūpore Infrastructure will undertake the Farndon Road area-wide pavement treatment project. This project involves the renewal and restoration of the road surface on Farndon Road between properties 307 and 405.
Work will be ongoing between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday until the end of June 2024. To enable these works, Farndon Road will be predominantly closed to all but residents and businesses.
The road closure point at the northern end of Farndon Road will be just after the Clive Motorcamp, ensuring Farndon Park Domain and its carparking remain accessible at all times off SH51.
Residents and businesses are asked to enter the road closure from the closest side (north or south) to their property and to be mindful of moving machinery and equipment.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
