Graphics/Video Card for PC Gaming

David from Taradale

This card was in perfect working condition when it was removed from one of the four networked PC’s that were running my Flight Simulator with FSX, XP11; and lately P3D.
This model card has 8GB of GDDR5 memory, a core clock of 1582 MHz, and a boost clock of 1771 MHz in OC mode.
Outputs:
1 x Dual-link DVI-D,
1 x HDMI 2.0b, and
3 x Display Ports.
The card also uses Gigabyte's custom Windforce 2X cooling system, with two 90mm fans and pure copper composite head pipes (see photos).
This is an excellent card for 1080p/1440p gaming,

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
