Ex Hutchinsons, original cost around $2.5k. Not very old but has been in storage since the water damage happened due to reno's in the room. Just no longer suitable for our use.

Has been rolled in storage hence folds which should disappear upon use I imagine.
Rubber backing is a little deteriorated in parts.
