Latin Danza Fit combines a number of elements that trigger at least 3 hormone releases.. Endorphins.. the Pain killer, triggered with laughter, dancing, among other things :Serotonin.. The mood Stabiliser, triggered by deep breathing, cardio and sun exposure :Dopamine... The reward/motivation chemical, triggered with exercise, listening to music, finishing a task, music and dancing, leaving you with a smile.. You may feel your not a dancer or not coordinated, but this is not important..
