The level three restrictions means a total ban of sprinklers but residents can use hand held hoses to water their gardens every second day, between 6am and 8am, and 7pm and 9pm. The whole region was also under a fire ban.
New change to water conservation rules: If you live at an even numbered address then please water on even numbered days; odd numbered addresses on odd days.
