Seriously people , really??

Dave from Levin

Had to venture out to the doctors for the flu shot , well organised , drive up , answer the questions , get your shot and wait for 10 minutes before leaving . Mentioned to the nurse the number of cars I had seen driving and the number that drove by while I waited for my shot . She said it had ben like that all morning and they were frankly "pissed off " with the numbers who don't seem to grasp what (a) ISOLATION means , and (b) how serious this really is .I swung past the supermarkets on the way home and seriously people , Countdown carpark was full , New World about half to two thirds , Pak'n'save almost full . It is only day 2 and despite clearing the shelves with your panic buying so the rest of us will need to shop sooner than later , you have run out of supplies already ? I guess we are going to be a lot longer than 4 weeks if this is your attitude

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
