On October 8, 2022, passed away peacefully at Parkstone Care Home, aged 82 years. Dearly loved husband of Mary, much loved father of Sarah, and Simon, and a loved grandfather to his grandchildren. Peacefully on Wednesday 12th October 2022, aged 88. Dearly loved son of Louis and Mavis (both deceased). Loved brother of Iden, Rex and Dawn, Marie and Eric Werder, Elvie and Leo Biesiek, Owen and Enid, Colin and Marge, Isabel and Tom Kowalewski, Theresa and Con Kuriger, Mavis (all deceased) and Peter McLean. Passed away peacefully at her home in Hawera, after a short illness on the morning of Wednesday 12th October 2022. Dearly loved mum of Carol, Sheryl and Terry, Gaylene and Vernon, William and Jodie. Adored Nana of 12 and Great-Nana of 7. Cherished by her brothers and sister. Loved daughter of Tas and Myra Banks. Special thanks to the wonderful Hospice team for their caring support. Much loved, amazing mother and mother-in-law of Dale and Richard Sharpe, Kay Scott (deceased), Leigh Luney, and Tessa and Brian Elias. An adored Mamma of grandchildren, Sarah, Andrew Sophie, Claire, Nina, Francesca, Bianca, Beth, Phoebe, Abi, Frith, Alice, and Harry, great-grandchildren Oscar, Millie, Aaliyah, Pip, Remy, Macy, Ben, Emily, Lukas, Fox, Tui and Maku. Loved Nan of Josh, Sam, Jordon, Holly, Charlotte, Christie, Oakley, Georgia and Reuben, loving Great Nan of Aaliah, Jack, Summer, Willow Kora-Bailey Nikora-Jordon and Blue. Beloved friends of Pam and Edgar and many, many more. Forever in all our hearts and will be dearly missed by family and dear friends made over a well lived lifetime. Of Roxburgh. Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Dunedin Hospital. Dearly loved daughter of Marlene* and Ian*, and loved sister of Raylene, Donald, Graeme, Julie, Deborah, and Kathleen. A loved aunt of her nieces and nephews.
