WELSH Doreen Elsie (nee Farr, previously van Bree and Beever)
Died peacefully at home on Saturday, January 7, 2023, aged 97 years. Beloved and loving wife of Ray, loved mother of the late Michael (Beever) and stepmother to Mike and Tri. Loved grandmother of the late Darren and precious aunty of Wendy and Helen. Loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Nancy and Syd. Respected great and great-great-aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

Sadly passed away on 7th January at Hilda Ross Hospital following 6 weeks of failing health. Beloved wife to the late George. Loving Mum, and Mother-in-law, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother of Carmen & Kevin, Leo & Kathy, Louise & Chris, Gerry & Deb, and their families. Of Mount Victoria. Peacefully in hospital care at Te Hopai on 7 January 2023, aged 81. Jill was an exceptionally fine cook and gardener, and a kind and selfless woman of style and compassion. She will be fondly remembered as such by her family and friends.
