The house is easy enough to purchase but does anyone know anything about land, consent or small sections? Ideally I would like to be able to get power and water to it. I'm happy living in small and minimialstic but financially after a recent divorce I can't afford a mortgage and rent is chewing up my savings! Any information of land to rent, buy would be greatly appreciated 😀

Drying rack a bit bent but still works.
Lampshade can be used to make a new one out of the frame.
Boots old leather. Large size. Make an interesting plant pot.
Little oven apparently works. Needs good clean.
Packing balls. Made I think from corn flour.
All free.

What is more, I was lucky that the last board meeting of the Trust for 2016 was held at Homebush Stables, which is past Darfield on the way to Mt. Hutt. What a place....soaked in history!
