We do mostly walking on music and a bit of easy dancing just to relieve a bit of stress and to take a break while you getting fit aswell.😊 NO BOOKING REQUIRED. 😊 Just pop in and come see for yourself what everyone is talking about. 😉 If you have anymore questions please feel free to pm me. I will be more then happy to answer any questions. Even if you a bit unsure of what to do and if this class is right for you, I'll be happy to have a chat with you first.
