"Christchurch's newest Dame – youth health advocate Dr Sue Bagshaw – is forbidding anyone from calling her by the title.
Bagshaw, best known for establishing 198 Youth Health Centre in 1995, has been made a Dame Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the Queen's Birthday Honours for her work."
