30kph crossroad?
Does anyone know the Protest group responsable for impeeding the traffic flow through the Harewood Rd./Greers Rd. controlled intersection in Papanui. The 30KPH speed reduction has been in force for nearly 8 weeks without any sign of action/construction in the area. Or, is it a cheap way to warehouse cones and advisory road management items? It sure is a distraction/disruption to road travel. Possibly a softening up for the impending single laneing of the carrageway to accomidate the cycle lanes.
