New pool complex
Christchurch's southwest will have to wait at least another four years before a $35.7 million pool, library and service centre is built.
Kyle Park, a contaminated former landfill site, is now being recommended by Christchurch City Council staff as the favoured location for the facility, after Denton Park was ruled out earlier this year following strong public opposition.
