Papanui High School Cake Design Course Term 1
Papanui High School is offering a Cake Design Course for Term 1 taught by Sam Stakenberg it will start on Thursday 15 February 7-9 pm for
7 weeks at a cost of $130. The course will cover layering, masking and how to get those sort after crisp edges. Once you have mastered these techniques you will move on to learn butter cream techniques, fondant toppers and covering a cake, finishing with a fun Easter cake. This course is suitable for the both the beginners as well as someone who wants to refresh their skills.
