Book Launch: Mindful Empathy (mental wellbeing)

On 9th December, 5:30pm-7:30pm, the book Mindful Empathy is being launched at Hohepa Canterbury's Main Hall. The authors, research-practitioners will present the book. Dani Rius, from Somerfield is a self-published author, life coach and support coordinator at Hohepa and will be leading a mindfulness meditation exercise that helps reduce anxiety and helps keep calm when you feel challenged or overwhelmed.
