What do you call six women stranded on a mountain in the rain: ridiculous! Or you could call them social climbers … but just not to their faces! Once at the hut, not only do they unload their packs full of food, wine, and a souvenir rock; their hang-ups get unloaded as well.

Once at the hut, not only do they unload their packs full of food, wine, and a souvenir rock; their hang-ups get unloaded as well.
Torrential rain and a flooded bridge keep them stranded for three days. What they get up to, to help pass the time, raises a few eyebrows and will have you laughing, tearing up and applauding enthusiastically as they bare all.
Of course, it’s not just souls that are exposed, there’s a little nudity, a cracking thunderstorm, explosions, screaming bloody murder, ghostly stories, a birthday celebration, a séance, a drunken party, confessions, meltdowns and revelations that will keep you and your friends entertained throughout.
Perfectly timed for your own social group’s ascent into summer, don’t miss this hilarious play when it comes to a town near you in November.

Under the proposed legislation, police will be given the power to fine individual clampers up to $1000 and a company up to $5000 for breaking the rules. These fines increased to $3000 and $15,000 respectively if the matter ended up in court. Read the full story here.

Izabella was born profoundly deaf and in the four years following her diagnosis, her parents' emotions of shock, being scared and overwhelmed have turned to amazement, surprise and hope - all thanks to Izabella's progress as a hearing and speaking child.
Izabella loves to sing and dance, she enjoys gymnastics, bike rides and playing with her older brothers. What are her superpowers I hear you ask? She's fierce, adventurous and caring!
Register to fundraise and help deaf children like Izabella listen and speak. You can also donate here on Givealittle. Thanks for your support!

Can you taste a difference between budget and premium milk? There are few things that divide the public as much as the budget versus branded milk debate.
In Stuff's new 'Milking It' investigation, we look at the difference between branded milks, the current milk prices in New Zealand, as well as the comeback of glass milk bottles.
So, what are your thoughts on our country's milk? Take part in our poll, and feel free to share your thoughts in the replies!

This Friday we are hosting a great Shave for a Cure Twilight Gala at Phillipstown Hub, 39 Nursery Rd. You can learn more here: www.neighbourly.co.nz... but rest assured there will be great food (sausages, woodfired pizza and a huge bake sale with GF options available) and lots of fun with all proceeds benefitting Leukemia and Blood Cancer NZ.
We are looking for last-minute donations for our raffle from local businesses or craftspeople. We've already had great support from FORGE fashion, Slick Burgers, Vivace Espresso and other amazingly generous people and businesses.
We're also looking for anyone who might like to help in the entertainment on Friday. Between 3 and 7 we'd love to show people an excellent time and if you or your group have a special talent (family-friendly!) to share for part of that time, we'd love to hear from you :)
Lastly, you can support our fundraiser online! My fundraising page is here: bit.ly... Every little bit helps!
Thanks for reading <3
