Saving electricity
Other ways to save on power
1. Turn your hotwater cylinder down (around 55 degrees)
2. Use your slow cooker, making larger meals and freezing your left overs
3. Use the microwave for cooking main meals & and reheating your frozen options
4. If your deep freezer is only half full, freeze a container of water ( I prefer to use 2 litre milk cartons) so that your deep freeze is full. This will help the efficiency of your deep freezer. As you purchase more food to fill your freezer, simply remove a carton of ice. (Also handy for the odd party!)
