Sydenham Kereru Softball - players wanted (u9 girls, u15 and u18 boys)

Softball season is starting soon. Sydenham Kereru (based at Spreydon Domain) are looking for a few more players for some teams:
Due to an influx of girls, more under-9 t-ball girls are wanted to make a second t-ball team to allow everyone to get more time on the field. (Must be under 9 at 31 December 2019). Also looking for a couple more players for the under-15 boys and under-18 boys teams if anyone is interested. Games played on Saturday mornings (South Hagley Park for t-ball; Mizuno Ballpark in Pages Road for u-15 and u-18 boys teams). No prior experience necessary! Book Cellar Christmas Opening hours
Merry Christmas from The Book Cellar!
The summer break is the perfect time to relax with a book or two (or three or four…). And, of course, books make excellent gifts. There is still time to come in and find the perfect read for you or someone else.
You will find us in the basement rooms of Cashmere Presbyterian Church (entry via the driveway for 58 Dyers Pass Road)
Our Christmas hours are:
Monday 22nd December, 10am – 3pm
Wednesday 24th December, 10am – 12noon
Friday 26th December (Boxing Day), 10am – 1pm (last day for the year).
We will reopen with our usual hours on Thursday 8th January 2026
