Why buy when you can borrow?

Toby from Bryndwr

HOW OFTEN DO YOU USE YOUR KAYAK?? Or your Waterblaster (mine is collecting dust)???

Ok, it's winter. But the point is - why do we have to own so much STUFF?

Good news: we no longer have to.

Mutu has launched the most obvious solution to excessive consumption and waste in NZ: A rental and lending platform for STUFF!! - It's like the Airbnb of things if you get the gist.

Please show your support by registering your interest on the website (link in the first comment) - the more people register, the faster we can launch and the sooner you can borrow that chipper from somewhere!

If you're as excited as we are please some love by commenting what YOU could list for others to borrow

Poll: Would you want an unconventional funeral?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Funerals can cost as much as $22,000 and the planning can be stressful especially at a time when loved ones are grieving. Some New Zealanders are re-imagining funerals by making their own coffin or having a relaxed ceremony at home. Would you want a less traditional funeral? Share your thoughts below.

Type 'Not For Print' if you wish your comments to be excluded from the Conversations column of your local paper.

Baby knitting

Lesley from Bishopdale

At night while watching TV I knit baby cardys, bootees, beanies and have a couple of bags that I would like to donate to a worthy cause. It is all wool and would range from newborn to about 6mths old.
Would anyone have any suggestions for a place that would appreciate it.
