Wheelie bin dump
Thanks to the person(s) who placed black rubbish bags in my recycling bin this week and so I didn't get emptied due to them being visible by the collection driver.
If it had been red bin week, there wouldn't have been any problem.
A little bit of thought would have meant less drama, for me anyway.
I did get a name and address off a paper in the contents, but as that address was in Woolston, I suspect someone has moved house and decided to dump their cleanup rubbish in their new area...?
