UC Research Participants Needed
Hi Neighbours
A few weeks ago I made a post looking for participants for some research I am conducting into work family diversity in the New Zealand workforce. I am still looking for participants to complete my survey and would hugely appreciate your support if you haven't completed the survey yet. Participants are required to work 20+ hours a week and live in New Zealand. If you are interested, more information is provided on the home page of the survey, which you can see by clicking the following link:

A final note, the use of family for this survey includes partners with no children. Thank you for your consideration, and feel free to pass the survey onto your friends, family, or colleagues if they meet the criteria. If you have any questions feel free to contact me at hadley.anderson@pg.canterbury.ac.nz

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”
We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
