Papanui High School Yoga Nightclasses Term 3
Are you interested in joining a Yoga class? Papanui High School is offering 3 different classes for Term 3 which cater for the Beginner through to the more experienced Yoga student. You will learn Yoga stretches, postures, and breathing techniques to help improve your mobility and flexibility as well as relaxation techniques to help reduce stress levels. Classes begin week of 30 July.
