Papanui High School Pilates class Term 3
Are you wanting to promote your core strength, body awareness flexibility and also learn some relaxation? Come to Papanui High School and enrol in our Beginners Pilates Nightclass which will start your Pilates experience by building a strong foundation in the Pilates method through mat-based exercises. This class is being held at Papanui High School on a Wednesday night 6.30-7.30 pm for 7 weeks at a cost of $98. This is a non rehabilitation Pilates class if you have any back issues or injuries please inform the office before enrolling and the tutor will contact you directly. Unfortunately this class is unsuitable for pregnancy.
